When will my order be shipped?
Most standard instruments are usually shipped within 2-3 working days of receipt. Custom items, such as those mounted on woods, and home and garden products that are offered in several finishes, could take a few weeks, since these are custom finished on receipt of your order. Every effort is made to ship items as quickly as possible. Please note that in the holiday season, delays could be longer than usual.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer Standard shipping (typically UPS or FedEx Ground). Actual delivery time will depend on when the product was shipped.
Do you ship outside of the continential United States?
At the present time we are unable to ship outside of the of the continential U.S. We may offer this service in the future, but not at this time.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
This depends on when the order was shipped, the shipping method selected and your destination. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days with Standard shipping.
Are my transactions subject to sales or use tax?
Orders from the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey are charged 6% sales tax. Clothing and food items from these states are NOT taxed. While sales tax for orders from other states is not collected by us, they may be subject to applicable use tax in your state.
What credit cards do you accept?
We take Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

What is your warranty policy?
All purchased items are covered by the individual manufacturers' warranty policy. Contact us for any warranty issues, and we will inform you of the appropriate procedure.
