Our exclusive design uses the convex shape of the glass when filled with water to magnify the numerals by 50% in width. The stainless steel gauge is highly visible with high contrast black numerals and will last forever. It accurately measures 12 inches of rain in 1/10 inch increments. The solid brass drain valve makes emptying easy and the collection funnel features a brass screen to keep out unwanted leaves and bugs. This model has adjustable brackets and all the hardware needed for mounting on a variety of post or fence applications.
